Merry Christmas!

2020 what a crazy year! Not the one we expected, no shows, no exhibitions, no open days, no illuminated regatta!

Instead the merry members mucked in and kept the hobby we love so much going. We have quizzed on Facebook, laughed at Mucky Geishas and Colin Baylis' predictive spelling. We bubbled, built new boats and shared our projects on social media.

We did manage to sail in safe groups of 6 and still enjoyed some time on the water. New friendships made, supporting each other through what has been truly a “annus horribilis”.

As our gift to you, anyone who fancies a Christmas quiz, The quiz elves are busy, with the silliest xmas themed quiz yet. So Sunday 27th December at 7pm on the Facebook chat group the quiz returns, hopefully see you there.

We know that this Christmas is going to be different, we hope to return to calmer waters in the New Year.
